I love working with individuals in businesses. My early and continued career in Human Resources and my parallel journey as a professional coach bring me closer to people and their stories, as well as the impact of those stories on their lives.

We all live in our own ‘story box’ and sometimes we get stuck in it, and are unable to grow. I have seen many employees and managers facing challenges or feeling trapped at some point in their career. My strong belief is that coaching can help you grow by better understanding your issues and clarify your goals, by becoming more aware of your stories, perceptions, (limiting) beliefs and values.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained with the Co-active Training Institute and I adhere to the ICF code of ethics. With my nearly 20 years corporate background, I have helped leaders to be successful, in multinational organisations and various industries such as retail, pharmaceutical, energy production, paper and packaging, arts and more. My business background supports my coaching with a realistic approach, as well as proven and hands-on techniques.
